FOR WOMEN
What is Financial Freedom Fund for Women?
Financial Freedom Fund for Women is a transformative initiative by Samriddhi Foundation Nepal dedicated to empowering underprivileged and helpless women. This project provides seed money to help women start their own businesses, enabling them to achieve financial independence and self-sufficiency. By offering crucial financial support and guidance, the initiative fosters entrepreneurship, dignity, and long-term economic stability for women in need. Through this effort, Samriddhi Foundation Nepal continues its mission of women empowerment, creating opportunities for a brighter and self-reliant future.

Manju Sarki Nepali
This is a story of quiet strength, fierce determination, and unbreakable spirit—the story of Manju Sharki Nepali, a 52-year-old woman born in the humble village of Tathali, Bhaktapur, Nepal. She was the only daughter of her family, a precious bud in a household weighed down by poverty. The warmth of education never touched her young heart because her parents’ empty pockets couldn’t buy her the gift of schooling.

Prem Kumari Timalsina
In the rugged hills of Rolpa, where survival itself is an achievement, a story of unimaginable grit and resilience quietly unfolds—the story of Prem Kumari Timalsina. Born 59 years ago into a household with four sisters and one brother, Prem Kumari grew up in a world where dreams were luxuries her family could not afford. Poverty kept her away from school and life quickly became her harshest teacher.

Tika Maya
In a small, remote village nestled within the hills of Ramechhap, a bright-eyed girl named Tika Maya was born into a family of seven. She was one of five children, her family’s hopes and dreams reflected in her spirited smile and sharp mind. From an early age, her heart beat with the dream of education—of stepping into a college, her head held high, adorned in the crisp uniform of a scholar. Her parents shared this dream, determined to see her rise beyond the bounds of their family’s modest farming livelihood.
