Gender based violence is the one of the most prevalent human rights violations in the world and it is not going to be end until we act to stop it. Here, Samriddhi Foundation Nepal and Lalitpur Metropolitan Municipality has jointly organized an event to talk about it and project short films based on gender violence. In the event, Lalitpur Metropolitan Municipality Deputy Chief Manjali Shakya Bajracharya, Chief Administrative Officer Mr. Ganesh Aryal and Women’s Branch Officer Mr. Maheshwari Bista has committed, women’s issues will be promoted with priority in various programs organized by Lalitpur Metropolitan City in the coming days.
